Keynotes
A keynote address can be delivered in a timeframe of 15 to 90 minutes. Over 90 minutes is considered a workshop. Keynotes are often used to open a conference to set the pace, mood or theme. They are also used for educational purposes throughout a conference, or to close a conference to reinforce the conference message and encourage a call to action.
Based on objectives, the theme, the needs of the participants and the time allocated, Bobs keynotes, learning tools and presentation formats are customized for maximum impact. The message is delivered with energy and enthusiasm.
The themes of the keynote is tailored to the specific event but the key topics are motivation, coaching, leadership, communications, sales and team skills.
Workshops and training
A workshop is a brief intensive educational program for a relatively small group of people, emphasizing participation in problem-solving efforts.
Workshops are infused with energy and enthusiasm. We begin by welcoming the participants, reinforcing or introducing the theme, recognizing those involved, and providing an overview of the process and the goals of the workshop. Using a variety of techniques -- such as moving participants around, expanding their network and getting them out of their comfort zone -- we create an environment of participation. After setting the ground rules by which we are going to meet the workshop’s objectives, the workshop is facilitated using adult learning and self-discovery techniques and audience interaction, mixed with fun and rewards.
The themes of the workshop is tailored to the specific event but the key topics are motivation, coaching, leadership, communications, sales and team skills.
