Peter Cook is Director of Human Dynamics, a creativity and innovation management consultancy, which serves some of the world's most prestigious businesses. These include Pfizer, Glaxo Smith Kline, BP Amoco, the Open Business School, Kent County Council, Electronic Arts and Johnson and Johnson.
Peter started life as a chemist, has a master's degree in management and a 'university of life' qualification in international troubleshooting and leading rock bands. He brings this combination of theory and experience together in seminars and workshops that reach beyond the normal management consultancy fare.
Tutor on a number of Executive MBA programmes, including the acclaimed 'Creativity, Innovation and Change' and Human Resource Strategy programmes. Peter is a noted speaker and writer on the subjects of strategic creativity, innovation and change management. He has been invited to speak at major conferences for organisations as diverse as British Telecom, Allianz Cornhill and Cookson Inc. His unconventional approach and use of humour does not hide the fact that he is a passionate speaker with a powerful message.
Peter holds an MBA from the Open University Business School, is a Chartered Chemist and Chartered Marketer. He is Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Branch Chair for the Institute and a Governor at Napier Community Primary School. An NLP master practitioner and lifelong learner.
Peter is author of 'Best Practice Creativity', which focuses on the art and discipline of inspiring creativity in organisations. Shortly to publish 'Rock 'n' Roll Management'. His articles appear in numerous publications and he was given an award for an article on making knowledge management work.
