Reg Athwal founded RAW Group in 2002, as he previously held the position of CEO of Specialist Capital Group (SCG) from late 1997 to early 2002 where he created and built a diverse range of European-based human capital consulting, executive search and interim staffing enterprises from start-up to $20 million in total revenues during this five-year period.

Prior to SCG, Reg Athwal built two successful start-up sales and marketing firms, and has worked extensively within the executive search and recruitment outsourcing industry.

As well as being an entrepreneur and serving as an advisory member for numerous international organizations, Reg Athwal is a recognized international speaker and expert trainer in the key areas of human capital and human potential – discovery, development, optimization and leadership.

Reg is a highly rated speaker for the world’s leading chief executive and entrepreneurial organizations, including TEC International (Vistage), The Academy for Chief Executives, CEO Clubs, Entrepreneurs Organization and the Young Presidents Organization. Reg has personally addressed, advised and trained over 100.000 managers and 2000 CEOs in 28 countries since 2002.
