Manuel Wachter

Keynote speaker Manuel Wachter has addressed, trained and coached hundreds of business executives on diversity & inclusion, unconscious bias and inclusive leadership around the world. By leading the business development of EDGE (Economic Dividend of Gender Equality) Strategy, Manuel has leveraged behavioural design strategies for the likes of the World Bank, L’Oréal and SAP.

Early in his career, Manuel managed a number of cross-border projects ranging from microfinance in North Africa, media in Turkey, trade finance in Brazil and investment banking across Europe. He graduated from JP Morgan’s Corporate Development Program and he re-engineered the business development efforts of ICAP Deutschland GmbH. Manuel later went on to design, lead and implement the global development of the Global Shapers Community for the World Economic Forum. The keynote speaker Manuel Wachter also managed a network of 1000+ Global Shapers across North America and the Caribbean, personally coaching the 80+ leaders of the local chapters. By leading the business development of EDGE (Economic Dividend of Gender Equality) Strategy, Manuel successfully leveraged data-driven diagnostics and behavioural design strategies to make a measurable difference on gender equality at the likes of the World Bank, L’Oréal and SAP.

Speaker Manuel Wachter has an extensive education to complement his speaking skills. He graduated from 2 Masters in International Management and has received a double coaching accreditation from the Academy of Executive Coaching (London, UK) and from Best Year Yet® (Denver, CO). Furthermore speaker Manuel Wachter is an Alumnus of the Global Leadership Fellowship of the World Economic Forum, where he graduated from a programme co-delivered by several prestigious schools around the world.
