Mel is an amazing speaker and a subject matter expert on the topic of mental health. I participated in a fireside chat with Mel for my organization’s mental health and disabilities ERG, Kindred. We discussed topics relevant to the issues/ concerns that employees face as they near the company’s “return to the office” date. Mel was phenomenal! She spoke about difficult and complex topics in a very easy-to-understand and relatable way. Our employees were motivated by the energy that Mel brought to the room. She shared tools and coping techniques that employees can leverage to manage their situations on a daily basis. It was my pleasure to have been able to work with such a gifted talent.

The authentic approach Melissa takes in helping companies understand the importance of talking about mental health at work is necessary for every company! Her expertise and knowledge on this subject is delivered in a way that all audiences leave touched, moved, and inspired for change. We were honored to have her teach a Mental Wellness Series at Bumble and bumble
Bumble and bumble
Starting a mental well-being conversation in a corporate setting of over 400 professionals can be challenging, but inviting Mel to guest speak at our monthly call was a game-changer. She spoke in a professional yet down-to-earth and non-scripted manner that left everyone feeling refreshed and comfortable. We were amazed by the level of engagement that Mel brought out in our team and the positive response that we received following the session. She went above and beyond our expectations by sending written answers to the questions that we didn’t get to during the session so that we could share them with the team. We can’t recommend her enough
