Before speaker Tina Frey Clements was asked to launch the BMW Group Joint Venture, The Retail Performance Company, LLC (rpc) in 2013, she worked for 10+ years within the BMW Organization and has been in the Learning & Development industry since 1996. Her specific corporate responsibilities included actively leading performance management, professional development, and training.
Before BMW, Tina led initiatives and grew talent within organizations such as HBO, Volkswagen, BMW/MINI, IBM, WVIP Radio/Cable Systems, and boutique firms such as automätik education. She’s held leadership positions such as Vice President, Operations Manager, and Training Manager throughout her career and excels at moving businesses forward and motivating and growing talent.
As a facilitator and coach, Tina’s experiences led her to produce her incredibly received motivational talk called ‘Yes, You Do Have A Choice” about the power of choice. Tina is also writing a new leadership book of the same name. Tina’s first publication, “The ART of Facilitation,” was written due to teaching her intensive ART of Facilitation three-day workshop, which has elevated so many communicators from different industries worldwide.
