Walter Kohl

Walter Kohl is an executive and entrepreneur himself and knows the difficulties of business. He is a coach, author, and, with his experience as a start-up founder, he shows the management level in his lectures and seminars what innovative leadership approaches can look like in large companies. 

Walter Kohl has worked as a manager in large companies for ten years. He knows the structures, the challenges, and the problems that must be overcome every day 

During his time as a manager at a large company, Walter Kohl learned how people are motivated and why employees are better off cooperating than being controlled. As an investment banker in New York, he learned about the harsh realities of the financial world. His time abroad in the U.S. and Korea opened his eyes to new ways of thinking and cultures and exposed him to innovative ideas. He studied at Harvard and in Vienna. As a founder of start-ups in the fields of biotechnology and as an automotive supplier for well-known brands such as Rolls-Royce, Tesla, and BMW, he has proven that he can successfully implement ideas.
