Nadia Finer works with individuals and groups to help shy people overcome social anxiety. With a series of books, workshops, and tools for helping each shy listener understand that he doesn’t have to change himself to reach his fullest potential, Nadia has garnered a respectable following.
Encouraging those struggling with shyness to find a voice, she offers virtual and in-person workshops to help shy children and adults to shine. Parents’ training, kids’ clubs, and online workshops are a few of the ways that the shy may learn about tools and strategies for feeling braver and managing courage.
Younger listeners may join an online group, called the Mighty Mob. The membership allows ‘Mighty Mobsters’ to participate in weekly missions. Each participant reports back to Nadia about how they did. Those who complete the mission earn a badge or points. Every week participants see the progression. Each ‘mighty mission’ is designed to help individuals work through their shyness.
Nadia offers straightforward and honest consultations for organizations. By encouraging companies and groups to make it easier for those shy ones in the ranks to contribute, her mighty mission is changing how the world views shy people. Consulting employers about how shy workers struggle to cope, she helps companies to create a strategic plan for addressing the needs of shy employees.

Nadia has spent the last 15 years helping quiet people of all ages overcome their fears and insecurities so that they can step out of the shadows and achieve big things, without changing who they really are. Despite her own nerves and shyness, she speaks regularly in schools, big organisations, at events and on the radio and sometimes even on TV.
