Iona Bain is a broadcaster, financial journalist and founder of Young Money – the first, and longest running, British website dedicated to young people’s finances. A regular presence on TV and radio, she is BBC Morning Live’s resident financial expert, and writes a bi-weekly column for Metro Newspaper. Iona is an ambassador for the National Numerary society and campaigns for awareness for dyscalculia, after being diagnosed herself, as she’s determined to make money manageable for everyone.
Iona’s talks range from financial wellbeing and resilience during this difficult time, to how we’ve ended up where we are, and demystifying the modern financial landscape, to an inspirational tale of how she went from a clueless millennial musician, to one of the UK’s best, and most respected, money gurus.
