We brought Alden in for a three-hour Unstoppable Teams workshop. We wanted to build a greater sense of connectedness amongst our team that had become fairly silo-d. Our other hope was that each team member would buy into the incredible work we're doing. Alden's workshop reminded us of what made us Unstoppable in the past, as a 40+ year old company, and drove home that we can accomplish more than we thought was possible, despite today's challenges, if we re-engage with our culture.
