As the founder of the Black Young Professionals (BYP) Network, Kike has built a multimillion-pound platform that connects professionals with personalized career opportunities. Under her leadership, the BYP Network has grown to serve over 150,000 users, with more than 35,000 members benefiting from targeted upskilling and mentorship programs.
Kike has spent hundreds of hours speaking to business leaders, recruiters, diverse talent and talent acquisition teams. From starting her business from her bedroom to scaling it to over 20 employees and millions of revenue, Kike is one of the top female founders in Europe. She understands how to bootstrap a business, raise funding through angels, family offices and crowdfunding, scale to international markets and the highs and lows of hiring a team. Reach out if you need Kike to speak to budding entrepreneurs.
As one of the Top 10 Women in Technology in the United Kingdom, Kike has spoken on topics focused on the future of work. Whether it’s how AI is an opportunity for the workforce to re-skill, how hybrid working is the new normal or why employees care more about the mission than just pay. Kike brings invaluable insight on how businesses can continue to innovate regardless of the times and has spoken on this topic on panels including London Tech Week.
Work life balance is one of Kike’s top priorities and although it’s easy to slip into a ‘hustle & bustle’ routine, she understands the importance of switching off. As a wife and mother running a scale-up business and actively competing in the Javelin, Kike has had to ensure she makes time for herself. Kike can be found speaking on panels such as Leaders in Sports or on radio including TalkSport. She also shares snippets of life as a mother!
