At the office management meetup and at the celebration of the first anniversary of the Krotitele Kanclu community, she talked to us about diversity and inclusion, words that are so often used today, but few people know what they actually mean. A big thanks on behalf of the International Study Programs and Baruch College: Zicklin School of Business, USA to Jana Tikalova from OPIM. She was leading a workshop for our New York University students of the MBA executive program focusing on HR. Jana's task was to introduce diversity and inclusion in the Czech Republic in comparison to the USA, and disclose how to best approach the topic. Jana has done an excellent job in an interactive form, although the program was online. The students actively discussed and they were given a task to practically solved and introduce their ideas.
