Jenny's content was both vulnerable and inviting. She created a safe space which allowed me to learn so much more than I previously understood about mental health, suicide and how to respond to someone in crisis.

Jenny is an amazing example of a person who can deeply connect with others. I have worked with Jenny since May of 2021 and I’m inspired not only by her story, but her attitude and perspective. She is dedicated to supporting those in need and she is extremely effective at spreading her message. I would also highly recommend Jenny’s book, Growing Through Grief.

Jenny met with our Management Team and was able to communicate her message in a way that put everyone in the room at ease. Most importantly she gave us a new language to comfortably and effectively discuss mental health and suicidal tendencies when we see colleagues and loved ones in need. Thanks to Jenny the discussion around suicide is no longer an awkward topic for me to discuss with my family or within my organization as a HR Leader.

Jenny’s presentation was great! She was engaging and the information she shared was very thought provoking. I thought that Jenny was very positive and I appreciated that she was willing to answer our questions. Often juggling the demands of work and being a single mom, I walked away feeling much more comfortable in my understanding of mental health and suicide as well as more confident if I should ever need to take action.
