We have not stopped talking about your time with us today which will go down in Workday History as one of our amazing sessions. The attendees have gone absolutely crazy on your book purchases - we are now sold out of all 200 copies... What an amazing event, thank you for making it special.
This conversation is often an uncomfortable and difficult one but you set a tone where people were engaged, educated and empowered to progress their D&I journey through being the change and the representation that they want to see. We are inspired by you and the work you do.
All great messages. A lot to unpack... a really positive and "can do" manner. I personally learned a lot. I smiled a lot. I thought a lot.
Thank you so much for speaking to us and for sharing your views on so many different issues. Our colleagues have fed back to us how much they have enjoyed the conversation with you. You have also reignited our plan to do a 'Say our name campaign' in the office – probably with music involved! Thanks again for the inspiring conversation and for always being ready to speak up!
I wanted to send my personal thanks for such an energizing, challenging, and fun session. We are really proud of our direction of travel but being challenged, pushed, provoked and shaken out of a sense of comfort is a great exercise now and often. Loved the messages on being inclusive, open, curious and not afraid to ask questions. Loved the message of privilege is a good thing but use it as a force for good. It takes time, it takes effort...get over it and do it.
Charismatic, sharp and insightful and the audience responded enthusiastically (to) the insights shared and the energy in this segment.
Dr Shola, Wow - that was amazing!!... Thank you for the level of challenge you brought. A lot of people here feeling truly inspired.
