Anthony Cirillo is a passionate advocate for family caregivers and older adults, helping them lead a quality life through a platform of educated aging - physically, emotionally and financially. He understands the business of healthcare and as someone who spends thousands of hours a year with older adults and their caregivers, he understands consumer perspective and needs.
With this passion for facilitating better levels of healthcare for older adults, Anthony has spoken to thousands of healthcare professionals and consumers. His blog, Educated Aging and corresponding video blogs help consumers understand the health care system while imparting ways to live a quality life. He has also been published, Anthony’s book Who Moved My Dentures?, dispels many of the myths about aging.
Anthony Cirillo is a member of the Dementia Action Alliance and he participates in Huntersville CARES, a dementia friendly community initiative.Â
Anthony is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, and consults with healthcare organisations globally. He was involved in launching a Wall Street startup, bringing an entrepreneurial and marketing know how to his clients, also being named a Top 50 Entrepreneur in Charlotte in 2011.
The desire to help and promote a better standard of living for elders, came when Anthony started performing in nursing homes. He is a gifted singer, having recorded in Nashville and has performed across the United States. In addition to this, Anthony is a prolific writer, having written hundreds of blogs and articles, and has been cited in the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, USA Today among others.
