I have worked with Aoife on several occasions whilst working at two different companies and have very much enjoyed partnering with her recently for our Women at Ciena ERG initiatives and our 'Thrive' employee development program on the topic of Imposter Syndrome! Our Women at Ciena event on 'Imposter Syndrome' was a great success with over 70 participants from different countries around the world and similarly, our 50+ Thrive program participants greatly appreciated learning more about this topic and how to overcome Imposter syndrome, many of whom are from underrepresented minority groups and could therefore strongly resonate with this topic and understand how to navigate this!<br><br>Aoife was extremely flexible and friendly when working with us and was happy to customize the Imposter Syndrome session to meet the goals and outcomes of our Thrive development program, including inviting our Ciena leaders onto the session and engaging them in the discussion so our participants could hear their experiences!<br><br>Aoife's delivered the session with confidence and great clarity for our global audience and understood how to engage our virtual participants and really get the discussion going!
