In today’s fast-paced workplaces, authentic leadership is critical to success. Leaders, especially those recently promoted, are often pushed into roles without the chance to develop their unique leadership style. For diverse leaders, the challenge can be even more significant, as they struggle to find representation, mentors, or role models who reflect their experience.
Organizations dealing with low employee satisfaction and high turnover often face a lack of authentic leadership, leading to disengaged teams and a breakdown in trust. These issues can severely hinder organizational success.
Authentic leaders drive connection, inspire trust, and create environments where teams thrive. Storytelling is the key to building these authentic, high-impact relationships.

Articulate your value and reach professional success by mastering business storytelling and networking.
In today’s competitive landscape, the ability to articulate your value is crucial for professional growth. Companies striving to empower their employees must focus on helping them effectively communicate their skills and contributions. This is especially vital for Employee Resource Group (ERG) leaders aiming to enhance how members convey their roles in client meetings and networking events.
By excelling in business storytelling and networking skills, employees can effectively articulate their roles and leverage their networks for career advancement.
What the audience will learn:
Empowering Leaders Through Authenticity and Effective Communication.
Authentic leadership drives employee engagement, enhances team performance, and fosters trust within organisations. Studies show that organisations with authentic leaders see a 30% increase in employee engagement and a 25% improvement in performance metrics. Moreover, research from Gallup indicates that teams led by authentic leaders are 50% more productive and have significantly lower turnover rates. There is a strong connection between authenticity and storytelling; research from the Stanford Graduate School of Business reveals that stories are 22 times more memorable than facts alone, and help create deeper connections. Additionally, a study by the Corporate Executive Board found that leaders who share personal stories build 30% more trust with their teams.
This keynote equips those working closely with senior leaders to coach them in embracing authenticity through storytelling.

The energy she brings to the team is a guide to good practices that I would like to see and feel in more of the people I will meet in the future.
I had forgotten I am my own story, and that being Human is what we should start being first before taking any position we wish to be seen into.
I had used stories in my work and was looking for new ways to approach this, think differently about it and take it up a notch to get more colleagues involved in using stories.
She is a genius at this.
She supported our team in getting to know each other better and inspired us to think out of the box.
I now feel more confident telling stories that are true to me.
