We had an amazing fireside chat with Ben. We discussed so many topics around self-care, the importance of having the right mindset and general stories about the challenges people face and tips on how to work through them. Ben had the audience extremely engaged and the feedback from the team was overwhelmingly positive. Most importantly the conversation with Ben drove positive change in people’s day to day lives. Everything from the importance of being grateful to tracking sleep patterns in order to increase overall productivity. As a youth, Ben was an accomplished athlete, successfully competing in a variety of sports activities. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Leeds University, he parlayed his interest in finance into a position with a private equity business based in London. However, after losing a family member to illness and battling cancer, Ben decided to focus on his own health and help others to obtain total health and wellness. In 2018, he became the first UK-based male instructor at Peloton. In this role, he shares his passion for fitness with a wide variety of audiences, including individual clients who seek to maintain the highest level of health.
On a personal and professional mission to share health concepts globally, Ben is committed to helping as many people as he can to reach total wellness. As a keynote, his topics include mental health, avoiding burnout, fitness, and nutrition. His impactful presentations offer listeners tools to integrate healthy practices into everyday life. By promoting incremental changes and building health habits, Ben motivates his audiences to develop a wellness mindset. Forging a new wellness path for his clients, Ben promotes “8 Dimensions of Welness”, which are key concepts for enjoying all aspects of life.
