Carl Rosier-Jones is an MC as well as a motivational speaker, delivering his Caveman keynotes to stressed out teams and groups. His talks are aimed at everyone, designed to leave them with a new understanding of stress and how they can actively tackle it.
In 2012, Carl Rosier-Jones received a National Bravery Award after coming under fire in his work as a Police Officer. He is now a Published Author, a Speaker and a Coach, enjoying dealing with daily issues of stress, with a special interest in PTSD and work life balance all delivered in his unique caveman way.
He has observed at first hand the devastating effects that stress has on people, including himself. As a Detective, Carl Rosier-Jones’ has investigated the meaning of stress especially its causes, all whilst dealing with his own Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. He came to his own conclusion about stress, that the subject has become over complicated and the simple message about stress is not being delivered.
Reducing stress has become his mission, he believes he can change the world with his principles. Carl Rosier-Jones’ work into this subject has resulted in the creation of his “Caveman Principles” – a growing set of principles that cover;
1) Dealing with daily stress
2) Dealing with difficult people
3) Creating mammoth success
His first book,
Get Rid of Everyday Stress with The Caveman Principles and Enjoy Mammoth Success
, was released in November 2015 and covers these first 3 principles, with his soon to be published second book offering 3 new principles to help tackle stress.
Carl Rosier-Jones’ message is simple: We are no different to our caveman ancestors and once we can identify our stress Mammoths we can either avoid them or at least be able to prepare to tackle them. Individuals will learn how to identify stress and reduce stress by communicating better and manage personal change in a positive way.
