Enhancing emotional intelligence in your workplace

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Marketing, a Bachelor of Education, Business Education and a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Primary Education from the University of British Columbia. She also earned a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in International Business from the University of Copenhagen in Denmark and completed a Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University.

She has helped thousands of business leaders leverage emotional intelligence to connect with their diverse workforces and develop high-performing, committed and collaborative teams. As a university professor, Carolyn has pioneered the integration of Emotional Intelligence into the institution’s business curriculum.

In 2022, Carolyn released her first book,
The Emotionally Strong Leader: An Inside-Out Journey to Transformational Leadership
