Chloe Madeley has a long history working in media, spending her twenties working as a runner, research, television presenting, writing various columns and taking part in reality shows such as ITV’s Dancing on Ice and Channel 4’s The Jump. She has recently returned to television, having just wrapped filming for her docuseries on ITVBe and ITVX; Chloe Madeley: A Family Affair.

However, Chloe is now predominantly considered a health and fitness professional, with diplomas in Level 2 Gym Instruction, Level 3 Personal Training, and qualifications in The Principles of Nutrition, andmost recently Pre and Postnatal Exercise and Nutrition. After becoming a personal trainer in 2013, Chloe went on to have three best-selling health and fitness apps; 15-Minute Fat LossWeights4Women and Eat Clean get Lean. More recently, she has released four best-selling health and fitness books; The 4-Week Body Blitz (2018), The Fat Loss Blitz (2019), Transform Your Body with Weights (2020)and Eating for Results (2021).

She is currently in the process of writing her 5th health and fitness book. Chloe is currently working as a brand ambassador for SymproveGrenade and Nuffield Health. Her podcast, The Bodcast, has topped the health and fitness charts for five consecutive series. She is currently one half of The EC Method, the third biggest online coaching platform in the UK, and has her own, 1-2-1, bespoke online coaching platform CM Online Coaching.
