Christian's focus has always been on the intersection of technology and human behavior. In 2002, Christian founded his agency (Artificial Industry). He facilitated innovative startups for big names such as Randstad, Essent, Endemol, Corio, EyeWorks, Pension Fund ABP, Oracle, Philips, Toyota, Auping, Adidas, and Rabobank, among others. Artificial Industry's focus quite early on was on customer experience and creating extremely intuitive and human-friendly digital interfaces.
In 2015, Christian sold his company to a tech multinational, after which Artificial Industry was soon renamed Quandago.com. In addition to writing and speaking, Christian currently holds various positions in think tanks and advisory bodies, including fellow researchers at The Conference Board (New York), and Innovation Counsel Member by The World Wide Web Consortium - W3C (New York). Since 2019, Christian is also co-founder of SymbioSys, a new AI tech platform that focuses on creating agile and fluid human swarm organizations.
