I thoroughly enjoyed the "Humour and Leadership" training run by Vanessa and would gladly recommend it to others. It was insightful to learn about the types of humour and in which circumstances these are most impactful. I found the exercises quite effective. While simple, they help to break the fear of a "feeling that I look stupid" and develop the ability to use humour/make a joke to get out of the most uncomfortable situations.

It has been fun; it has been interactive. I think it is a really good way to get people to throw away some of their inhibitions. It is an excellent workshop and a nice icebreaker. I’m very interested to use it in my job for the perspective of making people comfortable with failure.
