See keynotes with Geeta Sidhu-RobbLeadership cannot be faked. The best leaders are people who have a solid foundation and infrastructure of self esteem, self worth and self respect. Without these, leadership crumbles under pressure or adverse circumstances. General wisdom is that we somehow ‘overcome’ imposter syndrome. But the best leaders are those who step into their power and vulnerability to become a more rounded 3D person, balanced within their masculine and feminine. AKA they build up strong foundational awareness and confidence based on those 3 values.
There is a myth in finance that you need to hire women to speak to women. And with the majority of investment decisions being made by women in the future that is hurtling towards us, it is vitally necessary that men learn how to speak to women and manage those relationships successfully. But men can and need to be comfortable understanding how women think, what they value and what will make them invest in you and your ideas as a man. All male teams are a standard part of much of life and make women feel, unwittingly, unwelcome. And male leaders are frequently feeling uncomfortable leading women in today’s world. In this keynote you will learn how to speak to women so they can hear you, how to show respect while giving advice, how to celebrate and enjoy women without being patronising or dismissive. And above all, how to create easy, supportive relationships with women.
Stress has been found to be the primary issue behind most modern day illness and imbalances. We will cover the 3 primary areas affected by stress, digestion, fertility and sleep and how to judge its effect on us. Then we’ll cover how to manage the process of shifting your perspective to handle stress long term without hitting burnout, exhaustion and illness. Including how to systemise mental and physical health in daily life.
(aka Why do we hire Male CEO’s and then spend millions teaching them to think like a woman?)
The pandemic and a host of other factors have shown that effective leadership arises when the masculine and feminine are in balance. But both men and women are brought up to disregard and dismiss the feminine within us and its uses and power to affect change. We will cover why being feminine is considered a weaker, negative option and how to tap into it to achieve flow, change and lasting transformation in women, men and the teams they run to create more immediate success. Lets set Growth not Goals
Understanding the 3 to 11 year journey of a woman from the age of 40 onwards is vital for companies and teams to manage their senior and future leaders. However most women themselves struggle to understand what is described as the ‘single biggest metabolic upheaval in a woman’s life’. And the resulting mindset shifts that occur. We will cover the enormous physical and mental shifts that happen during this process and how to manage them within yourselves as women and how to support women going through this too.
Having worked from home since 2004 due to her son’s illness, and set up her teams to WFH too, the pandemic created huge opportunities and massive division between the workforce and management. Geeta helps to create the foundation for a conversation that fosters trust between the two groups and bridge the gap between executives needing results and a workforce determined to create a work life balance. She is a frequent TV expert on this topic and an expert speaker on the issues arising around the subject.
"Geeta Sidhu-Robb is mesmerizing my networkers with a talk this morning so vibrant and relevant. Heaven when a speaker lives up to her reputation."

"Geeta is a FORCE and instantly lifts the energy in the room (physical or virtual) with her honest, straight talking, inspirational and relatable content and tone. Somehow, whatever she shares is what you need to hear, right there, right then. Geeta has spoken at several events for The Women's Chapter and always leaves the audience buzzing with the optimism and enthusiasm. It is rare to find a coach who walks the talk and knows what it takes to run a successful business, so to have her share her insights as a speaker is great privilege."
