Over the past twenty years, Itai Ivtzan has been doing talks and presentations, seminars, workshops and consultations all over the world, at educational institutions and organisations as well as private events, counseling on aspects of mindfulness and positive psychology. He is a both passionate and regular keynote speaker grounded in scientific research and his vast knowledge and understanding of all aspects of wellbeing. He offers courses and talks presenting practical tools and exercises for actual positive transformation.

Itai Ivtzan has published a number of books, journal papers, chapters in anthologies and so on. He feels confident that meditation and mindfulness can indeed change individuals, holds the power to truly affect people's lives, in fact even society as a whole and for the better. This is the very reason why Ivtzan has dedicated so much of his life to studying and teaching mindfulness, writing books and presenting talks and workshops about it, training new mindfulness teachers, etc.
