This session experience is run as an interactive and engaging that takes a researched base across various industries and initiatives that have had to pivot to thrive because of tenants of DEI. It gets people critically thinking and seeing where DEI lives in events, talent, competitive advantage, including my own case study on, and through different industries and over the years.

This session experience is also run as an interactive and engaging hour/hour and a half that takes a more focused researched base approach particularly in Tech & A.I with a DEI lens.

Understanding and utilizing how data sets uncover a story to help build leadership capability and influence Employee Trust, Engagement & Team Performance. This dynamic session will first take leaders on an exploration of the influences that *Psychological Safety, Employee Net Promoter Score, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Customer Satisfaction Score and Employee Experience, has on talent and teams. Building on this we will explore current leadership, teams and individuals’ challenges experienced in a tech and legal tech workforce that impacts team trust, effectiveness and performance (from post covid to remote work to mental wellness/burnout, safety to change management to retention to the weight of global movements).

Finally, we bring it all together as we apply, extract, and curate to sharpen and elevate leadership understanding-to-coaching capability with the evolution of what we need to know and how we need to coach.

Participant leaders will engage in an interactive session and table connection work to deepen the understanding of team dynamics and leave with actionable ideas and initiatives to apply in roles and in teams.
