Keren Tsuk is the founder and CEO of Wisdom to Lead Consultancy, and she has a Ph.D. from The Hebrew University in Jerusalem and is an expert in 21st-century organizations leadership. With her Ph.D., she found that mindfulness is a crucial tool that leaders need to embrace to engage their employees and lead an innovative and cutting-edge company.
She believes that integrating both head and heart is the essence of growth and modern leadership. The heart is where essential leadership traits such as passion, compassion, creativity, and courage reside. Mindfulness helps people integrate both head and heart, and it creates a sense of balance. Leading from this balance enables innovation to flourish and eventually encourages growth. Thus, the unique part is integrating the ability to pause, relax, and listen deeper to increase the ability to engage employees.
Doctor Tsuk has more than 20 years of experience supervising, guiding, and advising organizations through various processes of change and growth. She assists companies and projects in dealing with their challenges and handling their different organizational tensions and challenges through aspects of mindfulness.
Keren Tsuk makes use of a holistic approach that integrates both personal and organizational growth.
See keynotes with Dr. Keren TsukDr. Tsuk will present mindfulness as a central tool for leadership in the 21st century. She will present what mindfulness is, review what occurs in various leading organizations and show how mindfulness-based leadership can help us better manage ourselves in an effective manner, create better relationships, improve performance and enhance our personal and organizational leadership capabilities and innovation. During the lecture, we will practice two meditations.
We live in a hectic reality and in an intriguing and extraordinary period. We find ourselves perpetually challenged. We are in the midst of a transformation; the coronavirus pandemic outbreak is transforming the way we live as well as the economic and business world. As managers who want to run successful, creative, and innovative organizations, we need to be flexible in our thinking and rapidly adjust and adopt new tools to motivate our organizations to be at the cutting edge. Mindfulness allows that to take place. Today we need mindful leadership more than ever.
The 21st leadership requires leaders to lead from their internal strength and to be able to be present, even dare to be vulnerable to create relationships based on trust and authenticity. We all know that communication is key in driving innovative, creative, and agile organizations. What many do not truly understand is that the basis for great communication begins with trust. Producing a healthy, harmonious, and successful company is achieved through the ability to produce constructive and authentic communication.
