Keynote Speaker Kike Oniwinde is a trailblazer in advancing workplace diversity and career development. As the founder of the Black Young Professionals (BYP) Network, Kike has built a multimillion-pound platform that connects professionals with personalized career opportunities. Under her leadership, the BYP Network has grown to serve over 150,000 users, with more than 35,000 members benefiting from targeted upskilling and mentorship programs.
Kike has spent hundreds of hours speaking to business leaders, recruiters, diverse talent and talent acquisition teams. She understands the challenges businesses face with attracting, retaining and engaging diverse talent and can be found educating teams on the Black experience. Whether it’s a talk to your leadership team or BYP’s online accredited course for all employees, Kike can radically break down with DEI as a top priority.
From starting her business from her bedroom to scaling it to over 20 employees and millions of revenue, Kike is one of the top female founders in Europe.
