Particularly astonishing was the number of people who came forward publicly with stories of horrendous abuse perpetrated by their boss, coworkers, or those in authority. With the magnitude of the problem clear and societies demanding uncompromising change, communities everywhere are forced to challenge their policies and workplace cultures. Kimberly shares her experience of exposing a five-term Nevada State Senator for sexual harassment. This led to 58 victims coming forward to testify to investigators and his eventual expulsion from the Senate.
