Former midfielder for Joinville Esporte Clube and a current author and public speaker, is a first-generation immigrant from Tokyo, Japan, where he’s had the experience of overcoming multiple obstacles during his life including racism, bullying, moving from country to country, injuries, sports complications, and much more. All this to eventually become the first ever Asian Athlete for Joinville Esporte Clube and standing on the other side of the obstacles with great succes.
Outside of sports, he’s the brand ambassador for the United Way of Greater Cleveland. He is an author, who has published the book, I’m with You: Attempt the Impossible, where 100% of all proceeds have been donated to the company to help families in need and fight poverty and racism. The proceeds have provided over 12,000 nutritious meals to families in need in the Greater Cleveland area.
As a passionate author, sportsplayer, and also model, he understands the value of hard work and perseverance. With his feet grounded, head held high, and a big smile on his face, he is ready to take on whatever opportunity that comes on his way
