After a successful corporate career, including a 10-year tenure at Johnson & Johnson, where she served as Global Director of Marketing Services in the Pharma sector, pioneered enterprise wide multicultural marketing strategies, and co-founded the Hispanic employee group “HOLA”, Lili co-founded the marketing agency CIEN+ and the market research tech CulturIntel. With offices in the U.S. and Latin America, her firm offers A.I. powered research, strategy consulting and marketing solutions to help leaders successfully drive inclusive growth and impact with diverse market segments. Some of her clients include Google, Kellogg’s, Kroger, Nestlé, PepsiCo, Prudential, among other Fortune 100’s.
She is a regular independent TV commentator seen on Fox News, Fox Business and CNN en Español. Lili is also one of only 2.6% of Latinos serving on a Fortune 500+ public board, as an independent director at Zumiez. She also serves on the boards of AUA Private Equity Partners, The National YMCA USA, Harvard Women’s Leadership Board and as Chairwoman of the FRIENDS of the National American Latino Museum.
She is also a member of The World Economic Forum as a selected Young Global Leader. Some of her recognitions include 2021 Top 10 Pioneering Women in Business, 2021/2020 Top 100 Most Influential Latinas by Latino Leaders, Top 10 Innovation Catalyst by Medical Media & Marketing, Silicon Valley Visionary, U.S. Hispanic Businessperson of the Year by the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, PRWeek’s Top 50 Most Influential in Healthcare, Top 100 Most Powerful Women of NY, among others.

Lili holds a degree in Business Administration from Southwestern Adventist University, an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado and an executive degree from the Harvard Kennedy School in Global Leadership and Public Policy.
