As one of the all-time best sprinters in track and field, Johnson brings a host of achievements to the stage. Known as the fastest runner in the world during his career, Johnson has broken records in the 4x400 meter relay, 200 meters, and 400-meter races. In 1996, at the Olympics, he hit the fastest time clocked by a runner. He's taken the lessons of hard work, determination, and commitment and applied them to other areas of his life. After his running career, Johnson began television commentating for the Olympics and BBC sports.
He's also worked on business ventures, such as his sports training facility, where he provides services to NFL football players and other athletes. He bases the training on his own philosophy of accomplishing dreams by beginning with a goal. Johnson's facility trains others to apply these principles and win with step-by-step progression, commitment, and daily practice. He's also active in giving back to communities. Johnson's Young Leaders program trains young people in leadership, so participants may build skills and confidence to succeed. The year-long program offers youths who are passionate about sports the opportunity to receive mentoring and resources, which aids the youths in building a strong future.
