Pete Blank is a nationally recognized expert in leadership, employee engagement, and organizational culture. With over 30 years of experience—including 13 years at the Walt Disney World Resort—he brings a unique blend of energy, insight, and real-world strategies to every keynote.
At Disney, Pete held leadership roles across parks and resorts, but his most impactful work happened at Disney University. There, he led the globally renowned Traditions onboarding program and facilitated college-level courses for thousands of Disney College Interns. He later served as Segment Learning Manager for Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and Disney Cruise Line. In recognition of his outstanding contributions, he received Disney’s prestigious Partners in Excellence award, an honor reserved for the top 3% of employees.
For the past 17 years, Pete has served as the Training and Organizational Development Manager for the Personnel Board of Jefferson County, while also speaking across the U.S. to help companies strengthen leadership, boost team performance, and create vibrant workplace cultures. He is also the author of two well-regarded books: Employee Engagement: Lessons from the Mouse House and 55 Ways to Add Disney Magic to Your Organization.
