Being diagnosed with an “incurable” spinal disease aged 20, while still in college, Shawn Stevenson began his personal wellness journey which ultimately lead him to where he is today. Suffering from much pain and facing decreased functionality, Shawn with given a bad prognosis by multiple doctors and told his condition couldn't be cured. Refusing to accept a bleak outlook, Stevenson set out to change his health and wellbeing through alterations to his diet and a specific exercise routine that he heavily researched. Over time, Shawn's proactive approach began to yield results, and the pain he faced started to go away.
