Sherianna has been a professional speaker for PESI Behavioral Health, Kripalu Yoga & Health Retreat Center, Omega Institute and 1440 Multiversity. She comes with over two decades of experience, working as an adjunct Psychology Professor and teacher of mindfulness and yoga. Some of her previous speaking engagements include: L’Oreal, Plenty of Fish Dating App and Sunshine Insurance Company.

Sherianna has been in the trenches herself working in the school systems, chairing hundreds of yearly meetings assisting teams to positive productive solutions. She has a warm, relatable style, sharing practical approaches for work/life balance.
