Keynote speaker Simon Scriver is the only one in Ireland to have a certificate and diploma in Fundraising. Simon used to work in sales as well as finance, which, according to him, are the two most evil professions in the world, but together they make Fundraising, which is where Simon has found his passion.

Speaker Simon Scriver truly understands the world of fundraising and in 2016, he received the Fundraising Ireland’s ‘Small Budget, Big Impact’ award. The problem with fundraising can sometimes be that people think of fundraising like business, and they end up with a manager who actually knows nothing about fundraising. These are the charities Simon tries to help.

Besides being great at fundraising, Simon Scriver is a great public speaker and toastmaster. He is the ex-president of Dublin Toastmasters Club and represented UK and Ireland in the World Public Speaking Championship. Simon loves what he does and is able to speak about a variety of topics.
