With ease, humour and challenge Casper met the all our learning objectives. During the whole session there was an active buzz in the room as colleagues were challenged to think about why they came into teaching, what their core beliefs were and getting back to them. The presentation was well balanced between evidence, slide presentation and group discussion. I personally took away from the presentation, my teaching compass rebalanced and supported with evidence and the confidence to say relationships and being ready to learn are key to teaching and caring for the pupils in our schools.
