Most people probably face a job interview or two every now and then and not everybody feel truly comfortable about the situation which, to some, may remind them of school exams.

There are numerous guidelines with sound – and not so sound – advice as to the dos and don’ts of a job interview – how to optimise your chances, what are the key issues, etc. The question, however, remains: is it possible to give precise guidelines at all?

Job interviews may differ a lot, also depending on what kind of job is in question. In other words, there may be general guidelines but each job interview will be individual.
